My wife, Pam, and I would like to welcome you to Faith Church.  Thanks for taking a few moments and looking at our website.  Our church is made up of all ages of people that love the Lord.  I am sure that you will find our services up lifting and encouraging. If you are looking for a church that you can call home, we would love to have you be a part of what God is doing here at Faith.

I am a graduate from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. I am an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and have been in the ministry a number of years.  I have held pastorate positions in Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas.

Our worship service is contemporary with a blend of the old hymnals that everyone still loves to sing.  We invite you to come and check it out for yourself.  Hope to see you soon!

Youth Pastors: Jason & Amber Hines

002_1_resized_166x155Jason was raised in a pastor’s home and has been involved in some kind of local church ministry nearly all of his life. He accepted the call to preach at the young age of 12 and since then has given his life to ministering to the body of Christ in several different facets.  He has taught Children, Youth, and Adult classes.  He has worked extensively in Children’s and Youth Camps in different states and worked on staff at an international church campground in the Ukraine. He has held revivals, youth revivals, and youth conferences in many churches across denominational lines in different states and preached overseas in the former Soviet Union.

Jason and Amber Hines had served in full time ministry as Youth/Associate Pastors in Oklahoma and Sr. Pastors in Kentucky before accepting the Youth/Associate Pastor position at Faith Church.  They have been on staff at Faith Church since December 2008.  Jason received a Diploma of Religious Education with an Emphasis in Evangelism from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK in 2002.

Jason and Amber have a passion to see God do something “fresh” in this generation.  They desire to see a movement break out in the youth of the church that will revolutionize families, churches, and campuses.  They believe that they have been called to announce that there is a coming a great movement of the Spirit, from the youth, that will be the last and greatest movement before the return of the Lord. Jason and Amber Hines have been married since June 25, 2005.  They have one child, Kobey Asher, born on March 20, 2007.

Worship Leaders:  Chris & Christy Hockaday

church-026_resized_166Chris and Christy Hockaday serve together as worship ministry leaders of Faith Church.  Their experience has equipped them to work closely with vocalists, musicians, media team, and sound teams to create a powerful worship ministry experience. Their love for God, people, music, and the church compels them to balance both their work in the church and their professional careers.

Chris holds a Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Central Arkansas.  He is the Director of Education for the law firm Mitchell Williams in Little Rock, Arkansas.  He enjoys leading praise and worship for Faith Church, combining both contemporary and traditional music for the participants in worship.  His knowledge for the media ministry has allowed Faith Church to enhance worship visually, as well as musically.  When singing the choir, Chris is a leader for the tenor section.  He began his exposure to music very early in life by beginning piano lessons at the age of five.  Throughout his career, he has participated in leading praise music, participating in choirs and drama.  While attending the University of Central Arkansas, he participated in the jazz band as pianist.

Christy holds a Master of Science Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  She completed two years of music theory, music literature and piano performance education at the University of Central Arkansas.  She began piano lessons at the age of four and throughout her career, has directed choirs, musicians, accompanied vocalists, community choirs, and church musical performances.  In addition to her work at Faith Church, she currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of St. Anthony’s Medical Center in Morrilton, a member of the St. Vincent Health System in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Christy recently stated that “the relationships built during preparation for ministry through the Faith Church Worship team are strong bonds that develop the foundation for a powerful, united worship ministry together.  It is truly a win-win.  It’s not always about the music, but about God and people.”
